• 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 4 Carrots (or a bag of baby carrots)
  • 4 stalks Celery
  • 1-2 cups Fresh Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Lentils
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 2 qt Vegetable or Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Ham Cubes
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash
  • 1 tsp Hungarian Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chop what needs to be chopped. Add garlic, onion, carrots, celery & mushrooms with olive oil to Duth
